Erase 02:48
I’m’ sitting Looking in the mirror at the face that’s looking back at me I’m seeing All of the lines and the creases that life has given to me I’m looking in her eyes And I see the joys she had as a child I look deeper And I relive all the times that she cried And I know I wouldn’t erase a thing I stand up like I’ve done For all the people and things that mean something to me I am hearing All of the cracks and the creaks of my body I’m getting older Maybe not wiser but I have learnt and seen many things And I know I wouldn’t erase a thing I’m looking in the mirror And I still recognise the reflection in front of me There are regrets But I have tried to stay true to the person I want to be You never know Where your next decision is going to lead But I know I wouldn’t erase a thing

Nature & Me 04:05
I sit in the park Watch the clouds go by Feel the grass under my toes And I wonder why I lay back on the swing Feel the wind in my hair The sun on my face When did we forget to care? I wanna go back to the days when we sat On the trampoline watching the stars And the clouds roll by I want to find the time in my life To just be nature and me I float on my back The ocean surrounding me I watch the sun set The colours of the sky Beyond beauty I wanna go back to the days when we sat On the trampoline watching the stars And the clouds roll by I want to find the time in my life To just be nature and me I sit and breathe Reconnect with my heartbeat The moon shines down As nature sings its symphony I wanna go back to the days when we sat On the trampoline watching the stars And the clouds roll by I want to find the time in my life To just be nature and me

If I could travel anywhere in this world it would be to find you I think we’ve both been waiting long enough. If I could write you a letter and know where to send it Would you be writing me one too? They say you’ll arrive when I least expect it When you are ready But am I ready to meet you? I have this superstition based around two packs of playing cards The Jack of Spades has found me twice and I think I know where you are If I could find you, come along and be where you are Would you be ready to meet me? Time is rolling by To some things I have said goodbye Could I have had them if I had found you? If I had really tried? I’m not ready yet but it doesn’t mean I don’t want to find you Right now, just doesn’t feel right. They say you’ll arrive when I least expect it When you are ready But am I ready to meet you?

There’s no beauty In the paper, we use to pay for shit There’s no beauty In the way, we treat each other to get it Look outside The sun is shining Take a look around The waves break and make a beautiful sound There’s no value Not even on a single life And there’s no value On this magical world that keeps us alive Look outside Listen to the birdsong Oe even just hold someone’s hand Take a look around Take it while you still can We could be living in a world with no tigers, elephants or human life We need to put the value back on the beautiful things We need to put the value back on the beautiful, beautiful things

Wintertime in Stirling The trees Are lit by rope lights The fireplaces are lit You can smell them as you Walk, rugged up, down the main street Wintertime in Stirling There's a chocolatier You’ll find friends here Warm your hands With a mulled wine or a chocolate drink It’s a lovely place to think The colours of autumn have gone The remnants will leave you breathless Watch a sunset at Sunset Rock And listen to the Kookaburras Wintertime, wintertime in Stirling Wintertime, wintertime in Stirling

Flat Out 02:38
Your best friend You called me But we took it too far Were you a masked man Or was I blind Living in a wishful mind Cause I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking Trying to get over you Putting aside all the things that I’m supposed to be doing I never thought it would be so hard or something I’d have to do I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking Trying to get over you I gave You took I trusted in you You abused and you used Till there was nothing left Nothing left So, I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking Trying to get over you Putting aside all the things that I’m supposed to be doing I never thought it would be so hard or something I’d have to do I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking Trying to get over you Why couldn’t I see All the things happening around me The blessing in disguise Was you breaking my heart Flat out Like a Lizard Drinking Trying To get Over The Lies Flat out Like a Lizard Drinking Trying To get Over The Lies Now I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking Trying to get over you Putting aside all the things that I’m supposed to be doing I never thought it would be so hard or something I’d have to do I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking Trying to get over you

An ember Can start a flame A flame Courses through our veins Black Can turn to grey Grey ash Creates life again With a little rain With a little rain With a little rain With a little rain A shoot Can grow to a tree A tree Can provide everything With a little rain With a little rain With a little rain With a little rain Thirst Cracks Listen With a little rain With a little rain With a little rain With a little rain

Retrograde 03:03
In this moment I am small Hugging in my knees In this orbit I see one day in every two years I am moving Contrary to the normal order Going back over To find that one day Move past this retrograde It may look like I’m declining To a worse condition This is just how you see me from Earth There is no real movement It is all an illusion Apparent retrograde motion Where I find Who I am I will not retreat Nor inverse I’m just going back To the less complex I will return Like a perfect vintage dress

To the kids in the back Kicking up stones In geography class Instead of learning where the roads lead At the back of the bus Letting off steam Skipping history class Cos they’re writing their own history There’s days still to come The weather is changing But we’ll run for the sun And my god how the days are amazing Walk home loves Side alley kisses Long winded messages Where the message keeps missing the mark Tennis court dates Sun tanned arms From picnic lunches Light a match tend a fire from the spark There’s years still to come The weather is always changing But trust in the sun And my god I hope the years are amazing Squeeze my hand Secretly So, I know that you love me So, I know that you love me There’s years still to come The weather is always changing We trust in the sun My love, these years are amazing There’s years still to come The weather is always changing We trust in the sun My love, these years are amazing

Don't be too hard on yourself No one knows what's going to happen in life You were brave you took a risk This time it just didn't turn out right But at least you tried You feel you want to turn back Stop and start again But you cannot undo The lessons that life has shown you You've got to find a way forward Don't be too hard on yourself The future is unknown You believed in someone You took a risk This time you just got it wrong But at least you tried Don't be too hard on yourself No one knows what's going to happen in life You loved you took a risk This time it just didn't turn out right But at least you tried Next time it could be right And that's what makes a life
